9/9 Columbia River McNary Dam & Fish Ladder

After I left Farragut State Park, I headed west and south to the border between Washington and Oregon--the Columbia River.  I stopped at the McNary Dam and toured the visitor center for the fish ladder and counting station.

Its a great drive along the river.  I had about 80 miles to go to my campground on the north shore.

These last two photos were taken from the campground.  Nice place and had good cell service and electric, which is all I really care about.  I did meet another lady who was traveling alone, although she has a home and was just out and about for a couple of weeks.
