6/14 Mounds State Park, Anderson IN

I picked this state park as my first as I headed west because it had a small museum and some ancient Native American mounds.  I stayed two days and enjoyed the asphalt pad and pleasant surroundings.  Unfortunately, I miscalculated directions and the big trees behind me blocked satellite connections, so you can see that I have my television antenna up.  Only had two PBS channels and a weather station.  Need to make sure I have a clear path to the south from now on.

Here are some of the mounds in the park.  It is a very large park and well over a mile bike ride from the campground to the museum and mounds area.
